Not Sure How to Use Our Site?
LaserCreative is an easy to use site, just head to Shop to browse our selections of products located on then right hand side. When you know what you would like, just hit Add To Cart. Please leave an email to email@example.com if you require any personalising. We will receive the message and make sure we follow through on your request. Make sure that the email address we receive is one you check regularly as if we need to contact you, we can.
We use Paypal primarily as a small business for your benefit and ours. It is easy to use and a great internet option for paying for your goods. If you do not wish to use Paypal, you can use a debit or credit card.
How to do this is easy -
- Add to Cart your product
- Head to checkout
- You will see a Paypal window appear, down the bottom there is a payment option for credit or debit cards
- Click there and follow the prompts
Here at LaserCreative we want you to receive your purchases intact and in good condition. We package all of our items with care and love, so we use a courier service to try and make sure they arrive in one piece.
Sendle is the courier company we use. They can be reached here, and if there are any questions about our prices or the way we send our products, please contact us here.
Our typical shipping costs are
$10 for smaller packages (Cake toppers, Coasters)
$13 for larger packages (Clocks, Medal signs, Family Trees)
For small packages such as jewellery, we do use Australia Post.
If there is any problems with how your goods have arrived, please contact Leah as soon as possible.
Picking Up an Order?
As we are a local business, we are happy to have customers pick up their products. We are based in NSW on the South Coast in a little town called Warilla.
If this is close enough that you can pick up, you are welcome to do so. Please contact Leah for more.
Turnaround of Product
When you place an order with us you can expect your item to be ready in between 3-7 business days.
